The Burrell House Hotel - Keene

The well-equipped kitchenette was a nice feature, though we encountered some disorganization as the necessary utensils were missing.

The room's lighting was too dim, making it uncomfortable for activities during the evening.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the hotel was really close to local shops and the center of town:)))

The location is excellent for accessing local attractions.

The noise from the cleaning staff slamming the main door early in the morning was frustrating. The dim lighting in my room. I felt quite uncomfortable throughout the night without a proper sleeping environment.

A charming room with quirks

The vintage decor created a cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed a lovely living room adorned with nice linens.

The dim lighting in my room was an absolute disaster, and the cleaning staff seemingly enjoyed waking me up early by slamming the main door. I nearly would have given a good review, but the lack of any complimentary gesture for my trouble is just ridiculous. Definitely not returning to this so-called charming place.

easy walks to parks and eateries nearby

The clean room had a microwave and fridge which was really handy. Being only about a 10-minute walk from Central Square gave me easy access to parks and great dining options like Machina Kitchen & ArtBar.

The beautiful and functional decor added a unique charm to my experience. A quick walk to downtown allowed me to easily enjoy local dining, like the lovely nearby restaurants. The only downside was the loud portable AC, but the comfort made up for it.

The nearby parks and the contemporary dining option were fantastic for our hangouts. The living area was cozy. We enjoyed exploring local dining spots, and the easy access to attractions.

The Burrell House had a great vibe with its retro modernized look. The room felt clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. Check-in was straightforward with contactless communication. I liked having a microwave and fridge in the room for convenience. Being within walking distance to Keene's downtown made exploring easy. I enjoyed dining at Luca restaurant, and the food there was excellent. I did face some challenges. There was quite a bit of noise from the portable AC unit, hard to have a conversation. The Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times. The mattress felt a bit worn out, impacting my sleep. I felt comfortable but the room could use some updates.

I stayed for 2 nights and would absolutely return. the location was fantastic, conveniently close to local shops, eateries, and great restaurants. Plus, it was situated right in the heart of Jackson. the hotel room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.

Great location for dining out within walking distance from here.
